How does the playground work?
The playground is a shared test workspace with all apps installed. You can explore freely without creating an account. Everything resets daily at midnight CET.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What does "~X users" mean?
It's a guideline based on typical usage. A 20-user team that mostly chats might work fine on Starter, but if you run frequent video calls with many participants you may want a larger workspace. Think of it as a recommendation, not a hard limit.
Can I add or remove apps anytime?
Yes. Install or uninstall apps from your dashboard at any time. Billing adjusts automatically — you only pay for apps you're actively using.
Where is my data stored?
On your own dedicated server in the EU region you choose — Sweden, Germany, or Finland. Your data never leaves Europe.
Can I export my data?
